NO REFUND OR RETURN ON ANY SALE AFTER 10 DAYS
No refund or return on special orders or custom designs. Merchandise without the original receipt and grading report are not eligible for return. Credit and debit card transactions will be returned to the same card; the card and card holder must be present. Any visibly worn, altered or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items discounted more than 20% is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. Trade-ins are for diamond merchandise only and is limited to the center stone or solitaire merchandise. The trade-in must be double the price of the original piece, not to include tax or care plan.
